We are looking for a Sales and Operations Associate for a top fashion company in New York, New York!
Responsibilities:
- Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and management in order to further elevate the customer’s experience
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to change, in order to meet the need of the business between sales and back of house duties
- Support the sales team by providing a seamless flow of product from the back of house to the selling floor, in order to always promote a luxurious customer shopping experience
- Support the sales team by putting things away in a timely and neat manner, and replenish any items that are sold throughout the day, making sure the store is always neat and replenished to meet our visual standards
- Support the Stock Controller with Operational duties as needed (i.e., but not limited to cycle counts, any organizational tasks, covering delicate items with polybags, making sure everything is sized correctly, steaming etc)
- Support back of house by pulling items to be transferred, packing and shipping transfers and customer goods, as needed
Qualifications:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and professionalism in order to deliver the best support possible
- Must have previous luxury retail experience
- Previous stock or back of house support preferred
